This special expression breaks from their traditional cask maturation techniques. Chief Blender, Shinji Fukuyo used Mizurazna oak to pay respect to their rich Japanese heritage. Nose: Sweet jasmine florals, bright kumquat and a slight hint of cinnamon. Palate: More sweet florals, sandalwood and gentles spices. Finish: A long finish with lingering Mizurana
