Its been made from Moscato Bianco wines, along with a secret blend of botanicals. Ambrato simply means amber the colour of the vermouth. Its said to pair particularly well with Gorgonzola, Provolone and Stilton, as well as ham, cheese croquettes and arancini. Serve it with tonic for a taste of the Italian sunshine.
